STEP BY STEP OVERVIEW

Step 1: As soon as your alarm is tripped, a signal is sent immediately to our Central Station, manned with live operators, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to immediately go into action.

Step 2: A live Central Station Operator calls the premises or other number that you designate to verify the alarm signal.

Step 3: If no one answers the premises phone or other number you designated, or, does not know the correct password to cancel the alarm signal, a 2nd verification phone call is made.

Step 4: If no one answers the second number you provided, or, does not know the correct password to cancel the alarm signal, then the proper authorities are dispatched (Police / Emergency Units).

Step 5: In an effort to notify you an alarm has happened and the authorities have already been dispatched to the premises, Central Station operators will soon there after contact the numbers on your emergency contact “responding party list”, in the exact order you have specified.
